I don’t like reading Betsy McCaughey much.
I find her to be an unpleasant combination of more conservative than I am, rarely compromises on principle, and never, ever makes careless mistakes–she’s been that way for decades. I should probably support her more. She’s gotten better as the country’s moved toward the left. Avoided taking sides in the Republican civil war, avoided bitterness, really she’s mostly focused on policy without the personality baggage that comes with it.
She’s often early to an emerging issue. This one isn’t bad.
