I’m not prepared to draw any conclusions beyond the poll itself, although I recall reading an academic study of sexual orientation research 15-20 years ago that suggested that women were more fluid in sexual orientation/identity over the course of their lifetime than men, so maybe there is something to your speculation. Keep in mind, though, that speculation isn’t fact, and isn’t a basis for drawing conclusions.

I’d venture to guess that the increase is due to the growing acceptance of lgbgt by everyone in society except the Talibangelists and GOP.
