On transgender issues, it seems to me that homocons need to calm down. The non-binary nature of sex/gender has been recognized since ancient times. While medical advances have made sex reassignment surgery an option that many people find unfamiliar and/or frightening, and while we have not yet worked out optimal processes for handling transition in minors, those issues don’t seem worth all the panic being generated on this forum and similar homocon hang-outs.

Well, I for one am not complaining that the most powerful people in Republican circles right now seem to be the ones who are either backstabbing Trump or (especially) waving hello before trying to slit his throat. It does bother me a little bit that he’s enjoying it (he’s too good at this!), but I certainly am not complaining that the outcome is a mix between a more aggressive and less trusted federal government. The people who flocked to him are the socially and economically distressed. So what has he done? He’s done funny tariff wars for the latter.
