Congratz to Jamie Kirchick

IGF's James Kirchick is winner of the 2006 National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association's Excellence in Student Journalism award. You'll find a selection of his writings here. They'd be impressive even if he hadn't still been an undergraduate when most of them were written. We'll be hearing more from Jamie.

    Jamie certainly deserves the accolades, given his great writing (and his unique focus on the plight of gay and lesbian people overseas). I don’t always agree with him (who agrees with anyone 100%?) but his commitment to the writer’s craft is quite evident!
